All deposits are non-refundable. Payments made for completed services are non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, clients should contact us directly at Lgitwaza@clearlineprod.com within 7 days of the event date. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Clearline Productions reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued.
